for the PC. I run a MAC, so how can I use the fonts
from your website?

with it. Can you give me more infomation on how to

At this time we do not offer a zip of all the fonts
available.

I have installed a font from your site, but when I
use it some characters are missing and have been replaced
with small black boxes instead of letters ?
A.
Not all font designers include full character sets
for their fonts. This could mean you only get the
font in uppercase, lowercase, etc. Sometimes these
characters are only available in the commercial versions,
but most times it is simply because the designer did
not make them.

I have a picture from a magazine/cd cover that has
a logo on it, can you tell me the font they used for
it ?
A.
No. We do not provide find-a-font services. However,
there are a quite a few good sites available that
do.

Can you send me a font called Arial / Helvetica /
Verdana etc. ?
A.
These fonts are default system fonts, and are available
on the Microsoft web site free of charge.

Why can't I use the fonts from your site when I send
emails and within chat programs ?
A.
Most email and chat programs use a set of default
fonts. These are normally the fonts that are pre-installed,
system fonts, that come with Windows or Mac. The reason
behind it so there is some uniformity with delivering
messages across the internet. It makes it easy for
everyone to be able to communicate without the trouble
of having to have every font in the world installed
on their PC or MAC.
